AppExchange App Lifecycle

The Salesforce AppExchange App Lifecycle is the methodology documented by Salesforce to ensure you have the greatest chance of success with AppExchange.  Martek has taken the steps in the App Lifecycle and created a worksheet that we utilize with our customers to ensure a planned and programmatic approach for all the steps within the lifecycle.  You can read more about the Salesforce AppExchange App Lifecycle by Clicking Here.

We’ve taken the Salesforce App Lifecycle and expanded upon it to create a fully planned and programmatic methodology.  To bring an app to market, it doesn’t just take the development of the application…

  1. What is the sales strategy?
  2. What is the marketing plan?
  3. What is the TAM?
  4. How do you interface successfully with Salesforce to win more… faster
  5. How do you support the application?
  6. Could you use partners to speed up your go-to-market?
  7. In short, how does the organization not just create an app… but drive a successful business with the app?
At the end of the day, there are business reasons why you decided to build on Salesforce and Martek wants to ensure the best possible outcome for your app.
