Bryan Spitzer is the Co-Founder and CEO of Martek Ventures.  Bryan has a history of Sales Engineering / Product Leadership with proven revenue success for 10+ years across MarTech, Mobile and Channel software.

Bryan has been entrepreneurial for decades, going back to the first company, building a brand at age 12, in his mom’s kitchen – making, freezing and delivering homemade pizza (Tiger’s Pizza) to the neighborhood and surrounding few miles.  He since has gone on to represent ExactTarget & Salesforce leading teams in Sales, Services and Product involved in a number of the largest deals in Salesforce Marketing Cloud history.

AJ Macht is the Co-Founder and CCO of Martek Ventures. A graduate of Butler University, AJ began his career as Digital Leader for 11 years at Indianapolis Colts for all areas sales, marketing, operations, technology and content.

AJ transitioned into strategic sales and consulting with 14+ Years Fortune (10, 50 and 500) Digital Sales closing more than $100M in revenue in which Customers report ‘billions of dollars of value’ .  AJ has a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals while maintaining reference-able customer relationships.  In AJ’s own words, “I want to do good business with good people and by doing that, success is inevitable.”
